Dr Xisu Wang: Unique insights on the Chinese economy

Dr Wang, a Harvard-trained expert on the Chinese economy, gave the keynote address for the launch of Alpha POWER Shares – Asian Lions. His view: inflation is not serious problem in China and growth will continue thanks to a stable political climate.

Dr Wang, who has studied the Chinese economy for more than 40 years, believes the country’s rapid economic growth is sustainable. He argues in this Alpha video that growth potential per capita is extremely high in China, and that the country has the right leadership and strategies to deal with burgeoning population growth.

And he believes China will be the world’s second largest economy within two decades due to strong growth in its services sector.
